The team has assisted various clients in various power projects involving development and financing of power generation in India. We have been involved in both Conventional and Non-Conventional Power Projects. The firm was involved in drafting and negotiating project documentation including engineering procurement and construction contracts, supply contracts, service contracts, work contracts, operation & maintenance contracts, power purchase agreement, implementation agreements, various project financing documents, and joint development agreement for power projects, etc.
